Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E works for Fire Protection and/or Electrical projects.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Assist in material planning, manpower allocation, and cost control.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
