Job Description

• Leading and management of NPI (New Product Intro).
• Providing technical and engineering expertise to Customers.
• Working with Customers, Suppliers and internal resources on development of new programs leading to successful transition into volume production.
• Engaging, communicating and serving Customer’s needs during product development, maintaining a level of service conducive to business growth and project realisation.
• Ensuring timely execution and delivery of proto-tools, prototypes and information flow.
• Overall development activities, ensuring products meet Customer’s expectations in terms of Quality & Delivery.
• Continuous improvement in all aspects of the operations.

• Tertiary educated (preferred).
• Highly charged and motivated individual.
• Possesses good communication skills.
