Job Description
+ **Ø Purpose of Position** - The job incumbent is responsible to assign the project manager to execute the construction project **Ø Major Responsibilities**
+ Monitor the project schedule.
+ Review the bill generated by contractor
+ Monitor inventory of the project. .
+ Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCCReview of QAP & Quality ManualFollow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.
**Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)**
- Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
- Cost control
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
- Development and management of human resources
**Ø Qualification and Experience**
- B. Sc in Civil with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience...
