Education & License:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (required)
Experience
23 years of job-related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role
With experience in horizontal projects (e.g., roads, drainage, infrastructure, site development)
Skills And Competencies
Strong knowledge of civil and structural works for vertical construction
