Project Engineer

Job Roles

• Manage projects while complying with the Singularity Aerotech Asia (SAT) Quality Management System (QMS) and customer requirements.
• Ensure the managed projects comply with the SAT Quality Management System (QMS).
• Use appropriate controls (e.g. change control, invoice tracker, risk management, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered/completed to the company and customer expectations (e.g. to the right cost, quality, and schedule).
• Generate weekly status updates for their respective projects, which include monitoring of spent hours, resource utilization & outlook, and invoice/payment forecasting & tracking.
• Participate in the bidding process when needed, especially for the project plan development. This includes supporting activities such as costing, compilation of statement of work, quotation, or commercial proposal.
• Establish a good working relationship with customers to ensure business continuity.
