Project Engineer

Job Roles
Manage projects while complying with the Singularity Aerotech Asia (SAT) Quality Management System (QMS) and customer requirements.
Ensure the managed projects comply with the SAT Quality Management System (QMS).
Use appropriate controls (e.g. change control, invoice tracker, risk management, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered/completed to the company and customer expectations (e.g. to the right cost, quality, and schedule).
Generate weekly status updates for their respective projects, which include monitoring of spent hours, resource utilization & outlook, and invoice/payment forecasting & tracking.
Participate in the bidding process when needed, especially for the project plan development. This includes supporting activities such as costing, compilation of statement of work, quotation, or commercial proposal.
Establish a good working relationship with customers to ensure business continuity.
