2+ years experience in project engineering or cost estimation
Proficient in estimation software and MS Office
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders
One-year contract, with possible extension or regularization.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine the exact quantities of materials required.
Utilize software tools and manual methods to perform detailed material takeoffs.
Ensure accuracy in calculations to prevent cost overruns and project delays.
