Project Engineer

Qualifications for Project Engineer

Education & Licenses

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (with valid PRC license)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, pumps, ducting, piping, and controls/BMS (Building Automation Systems).
• Computer Literate & Software Proficiency (e.g. MS Office, AutoCad, Load Calculation Software etc.)
• Familiar with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and local mechanical codes
• Understands system design principles (e.g thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, psychrometric etc.)

Experience

• At least 1-2 year/s of experience in handling HVAC projects or project engineering roles.
