Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that projects meet their deadlines, fulfill their objectives and remain within their budgets
• Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management
• Determining project responsibilities by identifying phases and elements and assigning personnel to phases and elements
• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities
• Controlling project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts
• To collate and prepare necessary reports, papers and proposals

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (main software), MS Office and Project skills
• Candidate must be fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking clients
