a. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
1 to 2 years experience in QA/QC works in construction
Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards
Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing
Able to prepare inspection and turnover reports
Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines
b. Duties and Responsibilities
Verify material specifications, quality and compliance with approved standards
Conduct regular inspections of installation works
Perform periodic tests on installed roofing and gutter systems.
Maintain inspection logs, quality checks and daily reports
Prepare punch lists and follow up on corrective actions
Conduct final inspections before project turnover
