Project Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
• Engineering license an advantage but not required
• At least 3-4 years related experience on the same position as project engineer, project in charge, site engineer
• With experience in Hi -end Residential projects is an advantage but not required
• Can do Autocad , Estimation of Materials, BIlling, Cutting list, Gantt Chart.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, building, construction, and design
• Proven track record in managing personnel and material resources
• Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Active listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
• Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
