Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Familiarity with the project processes of new product introduction in the manufacturing industry.
- 1-2 years experience in NPI project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables.
