Project Engineer

+ Lead the Continual Improvement Projects mainly in Heading process to improve the Productivity, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
+ Improve the processes & resolve the issues using Lean, Six Sigma, SMED, Industry 4.0, Digitalization & Automation in Heading and other processes.
+ Manage and lead the CRB (Change Review Board) process for any New and Change Processes.
+ Support to develop the Control Plan, FMEA, Procedures, Work Instructions especially at the new and improvement stage.
+ Provide Technical support to Production, Quality and Sales on Technical issues mainly related to Heading Process.
+ Lead the Process Team Process Auditing for continuous shopfloor stability.
+ Provide Training to the shop floor on New Process Improvements / Development / Standards.
+ Conduct experiments using DOE methodologies and other Statistical Tools.
+ Develop and establish required New Processes for future growth.
