JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Focus on technical coordination and resolution of engineering issues on-site, including interpretation of drawings, specifications, and ensuring technical compliance.

To prepare and maintain daily site progress.

• Coordinate with the Machinery Department for mobilisation, servicing, and repair of machinery, equipment, plants, and site utilities.
• Liaise with the Safety Department to implement and maintain site safety requirements.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors' work progress and performance on site.
• Identify and report discrepancies between structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to the consultant.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager on the procurement of building materials for site operations.
• Organise and chair sub-contractor meetings and attend technical interface meetings with clients and consultants.
