Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage customer projects from pilot runs to full-scale production
Prepare quotations for new projects
Enhance production line efficiency
Communicate metal moulding concepts and technical approaches with clients
Maintain production-related documents (drawings, ECs, SOPs, etc.)
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
1–3 years of relevant experience in product design for plastics and sheet metal
Proficiency in Cero and AutoCAD; experience with UG (Unigraphics) is advantageous
Candidates with an electronics background are preferred
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Must be based at the Dongguan factory
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role
