Job Description
- Manages all technical conversations with shipyards, owners, and other pertinent parties; conveys requirements to other stakeholders.
- Guarantees that projects allocated are effectively managed and that profits are sustained from project transfer to project completion.
- In charge of project paperwork, making sure projects are completed on schedule and approved by the owner, class, and yard (client). directs and guarantees that Customer Service Coordinators give each customer's project the appropriate degree of service.
- Submitting reports to the project manager, who is in charge of the projects given to him or her from sales until project completion.
- Keep an eye on, evaluate, and take remedial action to guarantee that initiatives are appropriately handled in the organization's ERP system (IFS):
- The delivery dates for projects and products, as well as documents, are accurate in IFS.
