Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards, budget, timelines, and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and proper filing systems to support claims management and extension-of-time justifications.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to defined quality standards and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Owners regarding project schedules, site coordination, and variations, ensuring commercial impacts are properly addressed.
• Monitor project financial performance, including WIP tracking, progress claims, cash flow management, and cost variance reporting to Management.
