Project Engineer – Site Execution Lead

Company Overview:
We are a growing construction contractor based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, specializing in fit-out and structural works. Due to expansion of our projects, we are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer who can independently manage site execution and client coordination.

This role reports directly to our Senior Engineer (Technical Head).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and supervision
• Prepare and implement 2-week manpower schedule
• Forecast and verify site material requirements
• Coordinate directly with clients and consultants
• Prepare accomplishment reports for billing attachments
• Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
• Monitor cost estimates and material control at site
• Ensure project timeline and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 4 years experience in contractor setup
