The position is responsible for overseeing implementation and completion of all construction works related to land development activities in accordance with approved plans, project specifications, and target timetables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site activities and personnel during land development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate, assess, and implement the approved construction plan and schedule of projects handled.
• Monitor actual contractor manpower, delivery of materials and proper usage of heavy equipment/other tools used in land development.
• Provide oversight function on construction of special projects within the site.
• Assess and evaluate proposals from contractors against plans, design, and actual conditions prior to submitting proposals to cost engineers.
