Project Leadership & Delivery:
Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through to completion and handover — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder managemen
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
Prepare project plans, milestones, and resource requirements for review and approval by the Strategic Project Manager
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and deviations — escalate with proposed solutions before they become critical
Manage project budgets — track committed costs, actual spend, and forecast to completion; flag variances early
Ensure all project deliverables comply with Lotus Bakeries standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable HSE guidelines
