Job description:
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Design & Technical Coordination:
Review and verify civil & structural design drawings, calculations, and specifications provided by consultants or EPC teams.
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, authority requirements (e.g., CIDB, DOSH, BOMBA, TNB, JKR), and international standards.
Coordinate with design consultants for technical clarifications, revisions, and value engineering proposals.
Prepare and review structural layouts for foundations, inverter stations, transformer plinths, control buildings, access roads, and drainage systems.
2. Project Planning & Execution:
Develop project execution plans for all C&S activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure civil and structural works are completed as per plan and quality requirements.
