Project Estimator/Technical Supervisor

Job purpose
To work closely with the project management team to map out all the human and material resources
needed to complete projects. This shall include forecasting the cost of development of projects and
translating it into concrete estimates taking into consideration client budget without compromising
quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
 Collect all pertinent documents including venue layout, technical drawings and project
specifications.
 Research and suggest finishing materials needed for the project. This involves negotiating
prices, evaluating supplier capabilities and ensuring timely delivery of materials among others.
 Study documentation, meet with clients and inspect the construction/fabrication site to fully
understand what work is required.
 Decide on the most appropriate human and material resources for each project.
 Obtain multiple quotes for each of these and select the most suitable options.
