We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Project & Event Executive who takes ownership, enjoys site work and wants to grow in the events and exhibitions industry.

Job Responsibilities
Be part of a creative, collaborative team bringing projects to life:

• Planning and execution of event, coordinate and supervise on-site works (build-up, event days & tear-down) ensure projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain good client relationships and provide reliable project support.
• Prepare and manage project documentation (BoQ, quotations, invoices), coordinate permits and licenses approvals for event setups.
