Project & Executive Associate

Selion Global is a partner-led executive search and leadership advisory firm with partner offices internationally. We advise boards, founders, and senior leaders on the appointments and leadership transitions that shape long-term direction.

We are seeking a Project & Executive Associate, working fully remotely, to become integral to how we deliver our engagements. Working directly with the firm's leadership, you will be the organisational and analytical core of the practice: the person who holds each mandate together and ensures that everything carrying the firm's name reflects the standard at which we operate.

The role involves

• Building market intelligence: mapping sectors, organisations, and talent to inform both live mandates and the firm's wider business development
• Orchestrating the moving parts of each engagement, coordinating candidate and client interactions across time zones with accuracy and discretion
