Project Executive

Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,400 to $4,000 + Allowance + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project operations between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Understand clients' requirements and ensure expectations are met
• Monitor and inspect on-site project progress to ensure work is carried out according to quality standards, approved drawings, timeline, and budget
• Supervise and manage site teams to ensure smooth execution of works
• Plan and oversee operational activities to ensure successful project completion
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
