Project Executive

**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for setting up and managing a portfolio of projects carried out by the project delivery teams. Project Executives manage less experienced project management staff, including providing performance feedback and coaching to team members. Role is accountable for profitable delivery of projects within the portfolio. Ensure that projects achieve the client’s goals and are delivered at the highest quality and with optimal financial results.

**Position Details**

+ Collaborates with Account Executives and Solutions Executives during preconstruction to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and to prepare labor/staffing as well as construction schedules.

+ Reviews and manages contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

+ Oversees project construction teams /multiple project teams.
