Project Executive IT Infrastructure

Job Scope :

• Manage communication and coordination for new or existing IT projects and system issues.
• Liaise between the IT department, other business units and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Track project progress and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
• Ensure projects comply with the company's quality standards and client expectations.
• Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
