Project Executive

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Project Executive / Project Coordinator to join our team in Malaysia. The Project Executive / Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of project workflows, documentation, and local industry practices.

Job Responsibilities

1. Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
2. To assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the designs/drawings for construction.
3. To check and recommend solutions to the design documents problems, including conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions.
