JOB SCOPE

MAIN JOB SCOPE:

• To liaise with interior designer regarding the drawing until final confirmation.
• Liaise the design and fit-out works guidelines with shopping mall fit-out management and manage to attend for safety briefing.
• Responsible for other scope of interior fit- out and designs works such as pre-fit out preparation, handover vacant possession, monitor fit-out progress, site inspection, and others renovation progress until shop operation.
• Responsible and contact contractor on the interior fit- out and designs works.
• To liaise and resolve any fit out and designs issues.
• Manage contractor briefing on site before renovation start.
• Prepare and plan for renovation schedule before start work.
• Ensure all correspondence and documentations being properly maintained and updated.
• Preparing all the insurance cover note and work permit documentation before applying work permit.
