At Octave XP Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Project Executive / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Tagore North-East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, from concept development to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and design innovative, engaging programmes that exceed their expectations
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including budgeting, resource planning, logistics coordination, and vendor/supplier management
• Lead a team of event professionals to ensure seamless event delivery, addressing any challenges proactively
