Project Executive (QEHS)

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the master list.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc.
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
