BD, Layout Planning & Land Matters

• Record design brief
• Follow up with land surveyor & town planner on layout planning (KM/DO), address plan, issuance of QTs and strata titles. Inclusive preparation of documents i.e. pre comp, bumi allocation, premium computation tabulation, LJT checking
• Checking layout plan, pre comp plan, Borang B2 and titles with reference to design parameter checklist
• Follow up with authorities for submission (land office, local council, PlanMalaysia) and follow up on approval and assist in site inspection for laporan tanah and etc
• Assist BD to obtain information ie topo, land status, land use, search, land title, structure / local plan, land acquisition plan and etc
• Compile and update market information and survey
• Assist in necessary project presentation slides/ reports/ correspondences preparation
