• Coordinate with our internal teams to deliver satisfactory products to ensure successful project completion
• Track project milestones and communicate progress updates promptly to the team leader to ensure on-time delivery
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improving service quality and recommend actionable enhancements
