Role Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Project Facilitator with specialization in project construction to support Thompson Holdings' construction and property portfolio by managing pre-construction planning, subcontractor bids, budgets, schedules, and ongoing facilities maintenance- serving as the central coordinator that keeps everything running smoothly.
This role requires 15 hours Monday - Friday, per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction & Project Coordination
Gather, solicit, and organize subcontractor bids for construction and renovation projects
Assist in negotiating subcontractor pricing, scope, and schedules
Create and maintain master project budgets broken down by phase; monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle
Source construction materials from local and online vendors and price them accurately into project budgets
