Project Finance Analyst

Job Description

• End to end order processing from order booking to cash collection.
• Project controlling and monitoring of key financial indicators (Order Intake, Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and Cash).
• Active monitoring of project/spare part delivery status
• Responsible for invoicing on time and to follow up on outstanding Invoices and Cash Collection.
• Preparation and submission of financial documents/reports when necessary (hedging contracts, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, Letter of Credit, Cash Flow and etc).
• Create and maintain master data, credit limit application, create sales and service order, purchase order, delivery order, billing, in SAP.
• Support in the forecast and reporting activities.
• Monitor and Coordinate with Logistics / Procurement for project deliverables.
• Responsible for month/period end closing activities.
