Job Description
End to end order processing from order booking to cash collection.
Project controlling and monitoring of key financial indicators (Order Intake, Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and Cash).
Active monitoring of project/spare part delivery status
Responsible for invoicing on time and to follow up on outstanding Invoices and Cash Collection.
Preparation and submission of financial documents/reports when necessary (hedging contracts, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, Letter of Credit, Cash Flow and etc).
Create and maintain master data, credit limit application, create sales and service order, purchase order, delivery order, billing, in SAP.
Support in the forecast and reporting activities.
Monitor and Coordinate with Logistics / Procurement for project deliverables.
Responsible for month/period end closing activities.
