A leading international law firm with a well-established Middle East presence is seeking a junior lawyer (3–5 PQE) to join its Projects Practice in Doha, Qatar.
This opportunity is suited to a lawyer looking to build deep experience in high-quality projects work, including major energy, infrastructure, and development matters across the region. The role offers hands-on exposure to complex transactions and close collaboration with senior lawyers on market-leading deals.
Role Overview:
Advising on large-scale projects and infrastructure transactions, including energy and utilities matters
Drafting and negotiating a range of project documentation such as EPC contracts, concessions, and ancillary agreements
Assisting on project finance aspects, including interaction with lenders and sponsors
