Project Finance Associate

The responsibilities associated with the position include:

Perform financial modelling and analysis of greenfield, brownfield and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects in the company’s pipeline.

• Update and run cash-flow based project financial models to support decision-making which includes scenario analyses based on a combination of the following drivers: revenue-related, macroeconomic, regulatory, grid-related constraints, project and operational costs, project financing instruments, taxation, etc.
• Understand technology aspects of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems that are relevant to financing which includes estimation of annual energy production and variability amongst others.

Analyze the viability of the commercial schemes / business cases of greenfield, brownfield and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects.
