Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions
Documentation and Compliance
To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance,
ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
Interacting and closing project reports with various Lenders Consultant like: Lenders Engineer, Lenders Legal Counsel, Lenders Traffic Consultant, etc. Negotiation and closure of project finance documentation with Client’ Legal Counsel & Lender’s Legal Counsel
Credit assessment
Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum, Memos, Updates for new and renewal proposal.
Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model
