Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Finance Expert to provide transaction advisory services for large-scale infrastructure projects implemented under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements. The role requires deep expertise in project finance, financial modeling, risk management, and capital markets, with proven experience supporting PPP projects from structuring through bid process and financial close.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end PPP transaction advisory services for large infrastructure projects
Develop and review financial models, including project cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and bankability assessments
Lead project structuring, including financial, legal, and commercial considerations
Conduct risk identification, analysis, allocation, and mitigation for PPP projects
