Project Governance and Scheduling Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Governance and Scheduling Officer to support a Defence Program Management Office (PMO) delivering complex capability outcomes. Working as part of a Nova consulting team, you will provide governance, scheduling and financial coordination support to enable effective oversight, reporting and informed decision-making.

This role goes beyond traditional project support, requiring strong judgement, an understanding of project governance frameworks, and the ability to manage and integrate schedule, financial and performance information in a regulated Defence environment. An active AGSVA NV1 security clearance is required.
