Project Handover & Closeout Manager – Infrastructure

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Handover & Closeout Manager to support the successful delivery and transition of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
This role is critical in ensuring that infrastructure assets are fully completed, compliant, documented, and ready for operational handover to the client. The successful candidate will lead all handover and closeout activities, coordinating between construction teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.

**Handover & Closeout Management**

+ Lead end-to-end project handover from construction completion to final client acceptance
+ Develop and implement handover strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project milestones
+ Ensure completion of all handover deliverables including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, asset registers, and testing/inspection records
