Job Description

1. Overall in charge of all technical panning for a multiple residential housing project including land development, house construction

2. Oversee all construction activities on site

3. Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects

4. Oversee the general operations of the project, including upkeep, safety & security of the project

5. Facilitate coordination meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance regarding property safety & security standards

6. Facilitate all relevant permits for construction and general upkeep of the project

7. Manage site maintenance finances, opex and capex requirements of the property
