About the role

JFE Engineering Corp. Philippine Branch is seeking a talented and experienced Project HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a project-based position that will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations. As the Project HR & Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions for our Metro Manila Priority Bridges Seismic Improvement project, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.

What you'll be doing

• Arrange and set up all aspects of the project site offices' efficient operation and maintenance, including but not limited to phone line monitoring, cleaning and maintenance, safety compliance, and office lease.
• Ensure that the offices' necessary supplies are operationally adequate, and that all equipment is functional and well-maintained.
