Project H&S Specialist Babilonia

En Zelestra Latam, we are looking for a Project H&S Specialist to join our Babilonia Project, working on site (La Joya, Arequipa, Peru).

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System during the construction phase, acting as the Owner's representative (SPV) before contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for identifying and controlling risks, leading audits, planning and executing H&S initiatives, and overseeing the proper execution of the EPC's Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, ensuring compliance with current regulations and strengthening a solid preventive culture. All of the above is aimed at safeguarding the safety and integrity of everyone present at the company's facilities, in line with internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
