Project In Charge – Construction & Installation

• In charge of pre-assessment of the project prior awarding.
• Receiving of finished projects from fabrication team.
• Conduct pre assessment prior installation schedule to check readiness of the site.
• Coordination / attend meeting with clients, engineers.
• Ensure that all materials needed for the installation are ready.
• Prepare schedule report per project based on assessment.
• Monitor delivery on site and manpower.
• Conduct punch listing and rectification report.
• Assist sales department during turnover of project.
• Prepare manpower costing and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related course.
• With valid Driver’s License.
