Project-in-Charge

About the Role

The
Project-in-Charge (PIC)
oversees the
end-to-end construction and installation activities at project sites
, especially when a dedicated Project Manager is not assigned onsite. The PIC ensures timely, safe, and quality delivery of works under the remote supervision of the Project Manager and the COD Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee
  site construction management
  and ensure compliance with project plans, Method Statements, and QCAPP.
• Attend
  pre-mobilization inspections
  with Design and Safety teams; submit punch lists when needed.
• Prepare and submit
  Material Requisition Slips (MRS)
  and coordinate with Procurement regarding tools, materials, and services.
• Assist in preparing
  Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  for Civil Works Subcontractor procurement.
