About the role

RD Balderas Builders' is seeking an experienced Project In Charge to take the lead on our construction projects in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
