Project in Charge

• Supervises assigned projects from the preparation of all materials requests, delivery, and balances to facilitating timely work turnover of workers.
• Ensures that the workplace and workers abide by company regulations, published guidelines, and government safety policies throughout the project operations.
• Coordinates with other departments on matters related to billing, technical issues, quality control, and project delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related course
• With relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in natural and concrete polish architectural finishes, and at least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or Project in Charge
• Familiarity with industry procedures, estimates, shop drawing preparations, cost control, and job analysis
• Excellent project and team management skills
