Project In Charge

The Project-in-Charge is responsible for overseeing all phases of projects from planning to completion to ensure successful delivery of projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Lead project planning and coordination efforts, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and related parties to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, cost estimates, and progress updates.
• Supervise and validate payment processing for materials and completed works to ensure timely settlement of obligations to suppliers and subcontractors.
